Pack and Troop 439 History
Pack and Troop 439 have been active in the White Bear Lake community for 35 years. Originally chartered by the White Bear Lake VFW, today we are proud to be chartered by South Shore Trinity Lutheran Church. Our Unit has provided the scouting program to a tremendous amount of youth in the White Bear Lake Community through the selfless contributions of adult volunteers over the years. Adult volunteers make it possible to deliver the scouting program and it is a great opportunity to have a significatn impact on the community.
